It was a fun experience in an extremely accommodating hotel. The staff - pretty poor and were more than helpful with the requests. Bed was comfortable and room was very pretty.

Fairly clean hotel with best possible location in Baltimore not far from the ballpark and the shuttle to the casino and the inner harbor.

I loved the sandy beach and the terrific staff. Absolutely breathtaking view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. The continental breakfast offered plenty of dishes. Great facilities and the pool was very clean.

Everything about this hotel is good. Thoroughly enjoyed being at a short distance from charles center subway station. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant THE GRILLE. Will be back if in the area...

Loved first class location and food of the hotel. A short walk to the perfect beach. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from a non - profit public aquarium. Spacious suite and big bed. Nice lobby.

The bed was ok, and we had tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. In addition, WiFi was handy. Took a walk around city center, located relatively close to the hotel.

bed was comfortable. the hotel was situated near to many major sights and within 10 mins walk from walters art museum. an easy walk to charles center metro stop, some 5 minutes walk. we appreciated the fact that we chose sheraton inner harbor.
